Memorial Opportunities and Ways to Give
Parishioners and friends of St. Frances Cabrini have many opportunities to designate memorials in honor of loved ones, living or deceased, or for special intentions. This is an excellent way of expressing support for the mission and tradition of the parish. You are investing in the future of St. Frances Cabrini Parish. Please consider one or more of the following for your demonstration of support.
Cash or Check
Gifts of cash or check are the most common means of giving and may be pledged over a three year period. Donors often find that a pledge allows them to contribute a larger gift by spreading it over time.
Stocks and Bonds
Stocks bonds or other forms of securities which have appreciated value offer tax advantages which make them highly attractive. Money market funds also make excellent gifts. While current gifts are needed, you are not limited by this form of giving. A gift through your will ensures the parish and school can continue to serve the needs of others in the future. You may also consider leaving your assets in Trust and assign the income to one or two beneficiaries and the Trust principal to St. Frances Cabrini.
Real Estate
A gift of real estate is another convenient way to give. If you are unsure about selling some real estate because of potential capital gains taxes, you may transfer the property to St. Frances Cabrini and derive substantial benefits.
Other Forms of Giving
These include life income plans, family business gifts, and commemorative or memorial gifts. All of these may benefit you and support St. Frances Cabrini at the same time. We urge you to consult your legal or financial counselor to determine the best option for you.

The names of all donors and all memorials will be permanently displayed. This is one visible way to recognize Parishioners and friends of St. Frances Cabrini who express their love of God and the Church by making a pledge to the building campaign:
"Measure your giving according to what you have; if you have much, give more; if you have little, give less, but do not spare in giving. By doing so, you will lay up for yourself a great treasure for the day of necessity. Giving is the most effective offering for all those who give it in the presence of the Most High." Tobit 4:8-12 |
"Everyone must be spiritually and financially committed to the sacrificial support of this building project. In the lives of most of us, this great opportunity of building a temple of God to be passed on to succeeding generations, comes only once. The time is now. Our efforts must be great and they must be united. We can build only if we build together."
Fr. Andrew J. Squier, Founding Pastor
